- Craft the look and feel of the event
- Ensure all of the individual elements (i.e. print material, flowers, decor, food and music) create a cohesive experience for you and your guests
- Infuse your personal details into the various elements of the event
- Provide Expertise
- Provide on-going guidance regarding event etiquette and protocol
- Advise on menu planning
- Create a detailed timeline with a minute-by-minute breakdown that ensures an optimal flow for the evening’s events
- Budget Creation & Management
- develop comprehensive budget for each event
- set up payment schedules and alerts
- keep track of all expenses and manage budget throughout planning process
- Venue Management
- venue research (includes venue research, location scouting, review, site visits, and selection)
- contract review and negotiations
- interface with venue representative throughout the planning process
- Vendor Management
- Identify and present suitable vendors within each category given availability, budget, stylistic needs, etc.
- Schedule and attend all vendor meetings
- Acquire vendor proposals as needed
- Review and negotiate individual contracts
- Interface with selected vendors throughout the planning process and act as a liaison between the client and the vendor
- Print Material Development & Production
- Work with graphic designer/printing company to design invitations and other print materials that are appropriate for the event
- Format guest list for calligraphy
- Review designs as necessary
- Stuff, stamp and mail Save the Dates and Invitations
- Schedule Transportation & Accommodations
- Schedule and book all ground transportation as necessary
- Schedule and book any air transportation (if necessary)
- Establish hotel room blocks as necessary
- Welcome Bags, Favors, Restroom Amenity Baskets, etc.

- Guest List Management

- Weekend Event Coordination
Coordinate all aspects of any related weekend events (i.e. Sunday Brunch)
- Week of/Day of Details
- Create a detailed event day schedule for the client
- Attend a final walkthrough with all vendors
- Provide day-of vendor assistance and supervise the set-up, ensuring finishing touches are in place
- Organize and place all print material (Programs, Escort Cards, Place Cards, Menus, etc.)
- Ensure all personal items are in place (Kiddush Cup, Family Photos, etc.)
- Manage entire event -- cue the event and ensure schedule is adhered to as closely as possible
- Deliver all final payments/gratuities to vendors
- Coordinate vendor load-out
- Pack up any personal gifts/items for the client
- After the Wedding
- Provide a fully actualized and reconciled budget
- Address any outstanding questions
